Missions 2010-02-21 08:14 joyful Haiti Please join in praying for the needs submitted by Children's Pastor Carla who will be serving in Haiti with Hope Force International. Here are her requests: 1) Let's declare, "Swing wide the gate of Haiti that the King of Glory may enter in." Decree open doors for ministry to harvest-ready Haiti. God loves them so much! 2) Protection over my health and body. 3) Protection over my family. 4) Safe journey and easy time through customs for the supplies being shipped with Hope Force. 5) Pray divine connections with those Heart Cry is to work with on behalf of the children in Haiti. Pray favor and wisdom and grace. Open doors to partner with new and expanding orphanages. 6) Pray I will be sensitive to the Spirit and a blessing to all I meet. 7) Pray for healing of Haitian minds and hearts through the art/play therapy and trauma kits. Decree restoration - particularly for the children. Pray open doors to minister to them and favor with those in authority. 8) Pray that God will show me the best way to be of help to Hope Force while there - that I will be a blessing to this team that has blessed so many others. 14) When I've worked in Haiti over the years, there's always been increased warfare due to the strong voodooism and traditional religious practices of occult. I'm sure these spirits are stirred up even more as they are losing ground fast. Jesus is being exalted in Haiti! I know as we pray, we are joining forces with prayer warriors around the world to dispossess the former spirits that inhabited Haiti and to claim the people/land for Christ. Pray I will have discernment to know exactly how to intercede in the night seasons.
